The weekly Processes Breakfast Meeting from 7.30-8.30am is "a good feeling and powerful way to start your day", with the focus on doing the morning processes encouraged by Abraham.

We begin with meditation at 7.30am, followed by the Focus Wheel Process, The Rampage of Appreciation and finishing with Creating a Wonderful Day Visualisation.

Please bring a pen. Recommended reading in the book Ask and It is Given- Process #6 The Process of Meditation, Process #17 The Focus Wheel Process, Process #1 The Rampage of Appreciation and Process #4 Virtual Reality.

It recommended that participants have some understanding of the Abraham/Law of Attraction teachings.

Hot drinks are provided. (Note: depending on numbers, some of us may be sitting on comfy mats and cushions rather than chairs).
