I'm not loud but not boring too. I have a lot of interests, especially indie rock/pop music (but even from classical to jazz), Tv-Series, Design and of course Fashion.

- A web address of a google map of the accommodation (come on, it takes seconds to type it in, and it's very important)
- Indicate who (age, sex) and how many people will be sharing the common areas (living room, dining, kitchen). Indicate if there will be a private or shared bathroom,
- Indicate if there is on-site laundry, dishwasher, and parking,
- Indicate which utilities are included in the rent,
- Specify the rent, the rental period (per week, per month, etc) and any restrictions. Please BE CLEAR - if there is more than one bedroom, are you leasing the entire space or a single room? If there is more than one bedroom, will you or I be responsible for a second tenant?
- Please include pictures or at least accurate dimensions. I *must* see pictures at some point before looking in person. If you don't have them, that's ok for now - but please specify dimensions/layout of the space. Total area is not really sufficient - I need to know the dimensions of each room.

I require simply a small secure room in central London, for the purposes of speech recording/editing/mixing and general audio work (NO music). For podcasts, phone prompts, multimedia CD-ROMs, radio etc. for me and my clients. This room can be anywhere in your building - I do not require daylight, so basement is fine. Needs to be decent enough as I'll be bringing clients here. Out of hours access will be essential as this is when most of the work will be done.
I will need to soundproof/acoustically treat and kit-out this room myself - (this will be a detatchable solution and will not damage the room in any way). I'll require good access to transport links (nearby tube), and toilet facilities.
I would need this room completely rent/maintenance free.
