I am off to New York from December 15th - Jan 8th and would like to rent out my flat during this period.

The flat I have is a 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Wimbledon Village (South London), in one of the most desirable locations in London.

It is located on the top floor of a nice building in a quiet and safe area, literally round the corner from all of the bars, restaurants and pubs and Wimbledon Village, 20 seconds walk to a huge common and a 5 minute walk to Wimbledon Station. Once at Wimbledon station, it takes maybe 20 minutes max to get into central London.

The flat has all mod cons:

Sky TV (with Sports and Music channels)
Internet access
Huge double bed
Modern spacious kitchen
Nice bathroom.

You will be sharing the flat with my kiwi flatmate James (29) who lives at the rear of the flat and is quiet yet sociable and friendly.

The rent is £150 a week or £550 if you able to come and stay during the period I am away which is extremely reasonable for the area.
