Hello. My husband and I are looking for a house exchange for a 2-3 month period in early 2009. We are a responsible and professional couple with no children or pets. We would like to be in walking distance to major transportation. We have experienced house exchanges in the past and have also “house-watched”. Our goal is to exchange with a couple or family looking to travel in the United States. Phoenix is in close proximity to several destinations including:

Las Vegas - 4.5hours, Grand Canyon – 4 hours,
Mexico – 4 hours, Lake Tahoe – 8 hours,
San Diego – 6 hours, San Francisco – 12 hours,
Sedona or Flagstaff – 3 hours, Tucson – 2 hours

Our home is over 1600sq feet, and is very comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full office. It would comfortably sleep 6 people. We are located in Surprise, Arizona which is a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. The average temperature in the winter time is 70 -80 degrees.
