First class FREE!
Are you ready to give pole dancing a go? Come along to one of our Discover Pole Dancing classes and give it a try. Classes are run several times per week at our Old Street LDA Studio and last 1 hour.
During the class you will be taught basic pole moves including spins, transitions and floor work. This will give you a good idea of what you would to be able to achieve and master if you were to join a course.
The moves are different every week so you can keep coming back! Your teacher will also showcase routines featuring all the moves you will learn on a Foundation Level course, and answer any questions you may have.
It is natural to feel nervous before practicing a new activity, but relax. All our trainers are friendly, fully qualified fitness professionals, who love pole dancing and teaching. They will pass on their skills to you in a safe and inspiring atmosphere.
Please don't worry about your level of flexibility, strength or stamina; these are all qualities you will gain from Poledancing! You can burn up to 400 calories an hour and you spend most of the class laughing and smiling.
What to wear:
Gym gear - make sure you bring shorts, heels are fun if you wish but not necessary. Please do not use any body lotion or moisturiser on the day of your session, as it will cause you to slip.
